Worst accommodation you can avail here. The cost is too high for the facility they provide. e.g. Water Bottle charge is Rs.100/ litre (negotiable but the final price is Rs.60). And mention that you will be staying in a village with Cow Dung and open drains surrounding. You will find no cab (OLA/Uber refuses to come) from this location, and the charges for the Taxi/Cab provided by the hotel are unexpectedly higher. It is a village area with cow dung around. In the advertisement, they put photos of the Airport simply to cheat you. May book the hotel if you want to be charged 5 times compared to the actual price. Avoid booking here.

The hotel was very good and so many amenities they provided. for couples this hotel is heavenly. Enjoy pool side , nice room , ambient atmosphere.

WORST EXPERIENCE BEING WITH THEM.... Was alloted a room where had a drainage problem and was upgraded to superior room where one can't get hot water for bath.... Even after multiple complaints made no solution was given... Would not recommend this hotel to anyone 😞😞😞

I would have given negative rating, if there had been an option. We found out used condom under our bed and when we informed management about it, they were neutral and did not take any action. Such a pathetic experience. The rooms are untidy, bedsheets are torn ( ours had literally 3-4 holes). Got stuck in washroom as their bath area seperator got stuck and I couldn't get out. Also this hotel is not kid friendly at all. Room furniture is also very old. A big No No for family people.

Food was ok , hygiene standards were very poor. we have asked to even switch the room but the new room was not properly maintained. This is a overrated hotel. The bed mattress was poor. Room had zero ventilation and had to open the door and switch ON the AC for fresh air. Washroom had no dental 🪥 kit and the bucket mug were smelly and had moss. Totally not clean. One would not use it at all. The room kettle was not properly maintained. Only breakfast and swimming pool were in a condition to use.

i am realy would like to inform all visitors. that the condition of hotel is very poor. not a star hotel. behavior and cleanliness is absolutely hopeless. behavior is disgusting. i was booked for 4 days. 22 dec to 26th December. but informing you all that i left that hotel after 1 hr of check in.
